Together with the client Pivovarna Laško and in cooperation with the Alpine Association of Slovenia, we started Gremo v hribe (»Let's go to the hills«) campaign already in 2010. In 2023 we held the 14th season of the movement, which connects 45 mountain huts throughout Slovenia. In 14 years, we have organized more than 100 events at various hills. In previous years, the events also had a charitable note and we helped the Mountain Rescue Association of Slovenia, many mountaineering associations and lodges. We collaborated with many partners like Salomon, the Slovenian Alpine Museum, radio stations ... In 14 years, many musicians, comedians, acrobats performed at the events.
At the events, mountain rescuers presented rescue exercises, pointed out the dangers in the mountains, educated hikers, and we also held numerous animation and social games. We placed totems at many huts, which contained mountain etiquette and in this way educated hikers. We encourage a healthy life, hiking, exercise... The online community of »Let's go to the hills« has more than 30.000 followers. We attracted more than 100.000 visitors to the hills.
